
Fernandez is a Certified Public Accountant in the state of New York and obtained his BS in Business Administration, with a minor in finance, from New York Institute of Technology and an MBA in Accounting from Hofstra University. Fernandez had eight years of public accounting experience with various firms. Fernandez was the Chief Financial Officer for 5B Technologies Company, a public technology and employee staffing company. Fernandez managed a significant investment portfolio, all SEC reporting and compliance, tax compliance and financial computer systems implementations. Fernandez was the Corporate Controller for, Inc. Fernandez was the Director of Finance for Lexington Corporate Properties Trust where he was responsible for SEC filings, Sarbanes-Oxley compliance and audit compliance. Fernandez was appointed as the Chief Operating Officer. In 2013, the Board of Directors recognized his accomplishments and Mr. Fernandez began taking on a broader role assisting operations, project management and various other departments. During her tenure at 5B, from 1999 to 2002, she also designed and implemented the company’s IT outsourcing and consulting division, with substantial contribution to the bottom line. Vinci managed the recruitment division at 5B Technologies, a NASD publicly traded company. Vinci promotes good employee relations and a harmonious working environment while simultaneously developing and implementing policies and procedures to govern the business and its workforce. She oversees the company’s Human Resources, Real Estate Management and Office Management functions and is also on the Channel Management Team supporting a list of Partners. Vinci is responsible for the overall management, functionality and coordination of the Nectar organization and its offices. In her capacity as Nectar’s Executive Vice President, Ms.
